Delivery Time
We process your order as quickly as possible after payment is received.
The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout and may vary slightly depending on the country.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email (including tracking, if available).
Shipping to Switzerland (Important)
For deliveries to Switzerland (non-EU), additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply.
These costs are generally levied by local authorities and must be borne by the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
You may return items within the scope of your statutory right of withdrawal.
For your return to be processed quickly and smoothly, please note the following:
- Please return items unworn and unwashed
- Return items with labels/hangtags and in their original packaging
- Please ensure the goods are clean and undamaged

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Should an item arrive damaged or if something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send:

- Photo(s) of the item
- Photo of the packaging
